Wisbech · Hybrid or remoteFifteen years of fixing things nobody had asked me to fix.
Logistics, compliance, inventory and workforce management, most of it spent noticing where the data broke and building the tool that stopped it breaking. No degree, no dev team, no formal certifications beyond the ones listed further down and a habit of taking business cases with real numbers to the person holding the budget. This page is built so you can find the parts that matter for your role in under four minutes.
What are you hiring for?
Pick the family closest to your role. Every proof point below is tagged against what it demonstrates, so the page reorders itself to put the relevant evidence first and dims the rest. Nothing is hidden and nothing is invented, it is the same fifteen years viewed from your side of the desk.
Tap a word. See where it came from.
Words are sized by how much of my career actually used them. The dashed ones are gaps I am naming on purpose, because a hiring manager finding out at interview is worse for both of us than reading it here.
The route here.

The same instinct, a different decade.
The Formula Bible and the business case were fifteen years of one habit: refusing to accept that a broken process is just how things are. Since 2025 that habit has been pointed at software. These are things I caught while building my own products that nobody assigned me to catch.
Caught an unlimited free lookup exploit before it shipped
A proposed change would have deducted a paid credit only when a car was saved. I pointed out that meant anyone could look up any car forever by never saving. The architecture was corrected the same day.
Refused "tests pass" until it passed on the phone
Three rounds of insisting a fix still failed on a real device when its own test said otherwise. The test fixture was the problem. Real data replaced synthetic data for every parsing test from then on.
Specified the attribution standard myself
Offered a one field patch for a photo credit bug, I wrote the actual requirement instead: per image, permanent, correct regardless of which picture is showing. It shipped to that spec.
Turned one email authentication error into four fixes
Told one domain had an SPF and DMARC problem, I asked whether the other three did too. They did, nobody had known and all four were repaired.
If this reads like your role.
I would rather have a fifteen minute conversation about the gaps than a polished application that hides them. Email is the fastest route.
